Qebot makes it extremely easy to view and manage all of your reviews across the web. But did you know you can actually respond and engage with your reviewers right through the platform as well?
If you get a new review, positive or negative, you should be responding to your reviewers. The Qebot platform makes it easy to manage the whole process.
First, login into the Qebot platform and navigate to the reputation management tool. Then click the Respond button to access the EZ Response center.
Click EZ Response to view your reviews, and choose the review that you looking to respond to.
Once you've located the review you want to reply to, click the "Respond" button to access the respond platform.
There are two choice for responding, Public and Private. Use the Public Response section if you want to respond to your reviewer for the public to be able to view.
If you would prefer to engage with your reviewer in private, in case you want to understand why they left you the rating they did, or answer specific questions they may have asked, use the Private Response section.
Once you've written your response to your reviewer, you have two options
Submit - This will submit the review to the reviewer either in public or private right at that moment.
Save - This is a great option for those negative reviews that we hope we never get... A great strategy for review responding is to let yourself cool off a bit if you get a negative review. Use the save button to get your ideas out of your head, and then come back to it a bit later to make sure it's really what you want to say.
Once you have replied to your review, you can view, track, and continue to engage with your reviewer through the "Response/Review Feed" button. This is where you can see if your reviewer replied to your response, and continue the conversation.
Check on your responses, and track your reviews through this view.
