If the reply button does not open up your email server with the email address of the submission and a canned (editable) subject line, then most likely you need to set up your default email platform on your computer.

Once you have followed these directions, and set up your default email server, the reply button will automatically open a new email draft for you to compose your reply through whatever platform is your preference.
